I am trying to find the title of an old movie?

Here what I remember, its black and white,

A man wakes up from the sporting accident (maybe he fell of his horse)
and hasno memory of the last couple of years, he is married but
doesn't remember getting married, he has been brainwashed. It ends
with him going back to his hometown and some sort of secret Society
there, conspiracy etc.
